Servicing is the only way of making sure your boiler is working safely and efficiently which is why we have created our Annual Boiler Service Plan. Whether you have had a new boiler installed which needs a full boiler service every year to maintain the manufacturer’s warranty or have an older boiler, it should be serviced every year to ensure correct functioning.

 

We offer a Boiler Service Plan providing different levels of cover to suit your needs. You can even spread the cost over 11 months for as little as £6.45 a month.

Our aim is to provide you with a safe, reliable and high-quality service to maintain and repair the appliance covered by this agreement.

Our friendly customer service team is always on hand to help.  Simply call us on 01926 419922 to book an engineer to attend a fault or for any general advice that you might need.  Our office is open Monday to Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm. Emergency Breakdown Response

We will always try to get an engineer out to you within 24 hours (weekdays).  However, this will depend on engineer availability and the severity of the problem.  As a rule, we will prioritise calls for those customers with no heating or hot water. 

 

What is covered?

Your Service Plan includes the labour and parts for repairs to all components within the appliance, (see full Terms & Conditions). 

 

We are approved installers of leading boiler brands Worcester Bosch and BAXI.
