Servicing is the only way of making sure your boiler is working safely and efficiently which is why we have created our Annual Boiler Service Plan. Whether you have had a new boiler installed which needs a full boiler service every year to maintain the manufacturer’s warranty or have an older boiler, it should be serviced every year to ensure correct functioning.

** One hour call out during normal working hours, 08:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays included free of charge. Any additional parts and labour will be charged at a discounted rate.

Our office is open Monday to Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm and Saturday 8.00am – 12.00pm. Outside of normal office hours an emergency service is available. We will always try to get an engineer out to you within 24 hours (weekdays). However, this will depend on engineer availability and the severity of the problem. As a rule, we will prioritise calls for those customers with no heating or hot water.
