Our first response is that we are a heating, plumbing, electrical and general maintenance services company. We also look after many commercial buildings.

Founded back in 1986, we’ve operated as a family run business for over thirty years. We have an extensive team of engineers who can support all aspects of property maintenance. And our commitment to staff training and development means they are qualified, certified, and experienced. When a member of our team turns up to your property, you can have peace of mind the right person is carrying out the work.

We currently operate mainly in the Warwickshire and West Midlands, but also stretch further into the Black Country.

Technology providing fast response

We understand that when a customer has a problem a fast response is important. When you pick up the phone, our team of local support administrators are here to take your call, discuss your problem, and arrange an engineer visit.

We invest in technology to ensure our service remains the best a customer can enjoy. So, for example, now that we’re operating web-based, smartphone applications to manage engineer visits and follow up, you can be sure that your support call is answered quickly and then tracked through to completion, professionally and effectively.

Our engineers are normally available from 8am-5pm as standard, we can also operate out of hours.  Will contact you 20 – 30 minutes before they are due to arrive. We believe that’s the sort of attention to detail that means our customers come back to us again and again… and we hope that includes you too.

All our Engineers come with their own ID Cards with Photo’s so you know who you are letting into your property.
