More success for Magna IM with Fusion21 Framework appointment for heating services
The framework provides organisations across the West Midlands with access to services from approved contractors for heating services.
Like all frameworks from Fusion21, the Heating and Renewables Framework is run by specialists and only features qualified, accredited partners.
Magna IM joins the list of suppliers who will carry out Domestic Servicing, Maintenance and Installation of heating systems. Those benefiting from these services will be for schools, housing providers, public sector and not for profit organisations.
Magna IM was added to the framework following a thorough tender process. The process included demonstration of value for money, local knowledge and previous experience within the sector.
Kevin McMullan, Commercial Director said, “Yet another successful tender so soon after the last one is a credit to our teams hard work and commitment. I am delighted that our experience and quality service has been recognised once again in securing us this appointment.
We have built a reputation over many years for delivering a first class service and value for money. This was acknowledged, along with our experience in the relevant sectors by Fusion21 on our appointment.”
As a procurement organisation and social enterprise, Fusion21 provides procurement frameworks and dynamic purchasing systems to the public sector. Operating within the social housing, local authority, education, blue light and health sectors they have 600+ members.
As a preferred supplier, clients will go through Fusion21 to select a contractor for work based on their tender and pricing, or mini competition if the work is more specialised.
Magna IM operates in Warwickshire and the West Midlands and have been providing full property maintenance services to both commercial and residential customers for over 20 years.
